Gà làm sạch, chặt miếng vừa ăn, sả cắt khoanh hoặc đập dập cắt khúc, nấm làm sạch ngâm nước 10 phút rồi rửa sạch cắt đôi.

Cho gà hầm ra tô, trang trí rau thơm lên, món này dùng nóng với bún rất ngon.
