Cho 2 muỗng canh tương ớt rim + 1 muỗng canh tương ớt đỏ + 1 muỗng canh nước mắm + 1 muỗng cà phê bột nêm + 1 muỗng cà phê muối tôm vào tô, khuấy đều.
Cho chảo lớn lên bếp, xào nhuyễn cà chua - cho 1 lít nước + hỗn hợp tương ớt vào nấu sôi.
Khi nước lẩu sôi thì cho lần lượt nấm - cải thảo - giá - chả cá - bánh gạo vào. Nêm nếm lại cho vừa ăn. Dọn ra bàn ăn, cho miến + rau mồng tơi vào và thưởng thức.
