Dưa leo mua về rửa sạch, bỏ ruột, bổ đôi và cắt chéo dày 2cm. Cà rốt bỏ vỏ, bào sợi nhỏ. Hòa muối, 1 muỗng cà phê nước cốt chanh bóp nhẹ cà rốt, giúp cà rốt giữ màu và độ giòn ngon.
Để pha nước trộn salad bạn hòa nước cốt chanh với đường, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và dầu mè, làm ấm nước cốt chanh để dầu và đường hòa quyện dễ hơn.
Cắt nhỏ ngò rí dài khoảng 2cm, trộn cùng cà rốt và dưa leo. Từ từ rưới nước dầu và chanh vào, đảo đều giúp dưa leo và cà rốt được dầu chanh bao bọc trọn vẹn.
Trứng đánh đều với hành, hạt nêm. Đun nóng chảo, phi thơm hành, cho trứng vào chiên vàng đều 2 mặt, sau đó thái sợi mảnh vừa ăn.
Cho trứng đã cắt sợi nhỏ vào cùng với phần dưa leo, cà rốt, trộn đều là bạn đã có món salad dưa leo thanh đạm khai vị bữa ăn rồi.
