You guys don’t know how a camera with flashlight work? If the photographer is not a total noob and using a spot meter on the face of the subject he wants to shoot, then this scarf has no influence on the picture

Just set the camera to manual and you are good to go. Of course you have to know your camera pretty well to set it to proper lighting conditions. Also heavily underexposed and slightly overexposed pictures in RAW can be corrected pretty easily without quality loss.
